REGUPOL sonus core (formerly Sonus HS)
REGUPOL sonus core is a high performance acoustic underlayment engineered to reduce the transmission of impact sound between floors caused by footfall noise, dogs running, furniture moving and more.
- Install under ceramic tile, stone, carpet, carpet tile, bamboo, solid and hardwood flooring
- Install under SPC LVP floating floor if backing is not pvc/vinyl
- Install under gypsum topping – thickness depends on thickness of gypsum
- Depending on application, may be floated
- Acoustic ratings up to STC 66, IIC 74, Delta IIC 27 depending on the floor covering and floor/ceiling assembly
- Made from 89% recycled rubber content
- Use REGUPOL Acoustics Truebond or new Regupol 45-101 adhesive to glue underlayment to the substrate

REGUPOL sonus multi 3
Thanks to the smooth surface and its unique, rubber-free material composition, REGUPOL sonus multi 3 is the perfect acoustic underlayment for glue down vinyl floor coverings. With only 3 mm thickness, it is extremely light and well-suited to minimize floor height. The sonus multi 3 should not be installed under VCT flooring.

REGUPOL sonus curve (formerly SonusWave)
REGUPOL sonus curve is a high performance acoustic underlayment engineered to reduce the transmission of impact sounds. Sonus curve is installed as a floated floor undernormal weight concrete, lightweight gypsum topping, screed, plywood raft, solid and engineered hardwood floors, and floating floor systems.
Resilient Sound Isolation Clip
Regupol sonusclip SC100
The sonusclip SC100 is a resilient sound isolation clip used to attach gypsum wall board (GWB) to interior walls and ceilings. REGUPOL sonusclip SC100 is designed to reduce airborne and impact sound transmission. The sonusclip SC100 can be used in wood, steel, and concrete construction. Each REGUPOL sonusclip SC100 has a design load rating of 36 lbs. and can support up to two layers of 5/8″ gypsum board when spaced no more than 24″ x 48″ on-center.
Regupol sonusclip DE90
The sonusclip DE90 reduces the transmission of airborne and impact noise through walls and ceilings, including wood, steel, and concrete construction. Sonusclip DE90 is used to decouple wall framing, ceiling systems, and fixtures. The resilient rubber isolators used in the sonusclip DE90, absorb energy and improve STC (airborne) and IIC (impact) acoustic ratings.
Regupol® sonusclip SLC
The sonusclip SLC is a self-leveling clip that reduces the transmission of airborne and impact noise through ceilings, including wood, steel, and concrete construction. sonusclip SLC utilizes a 1/4 in. threaded rod bolt that can be fitted with a number of hangers and bolt lengths that allow for field leveling of the ceiling while increasing the acoustics by decoupling the ceiling system. The resilient rubber isolators used in the sonusclip SLC, absorb energy and improve STC (airborne) and IIC (impact) acoustic ratings.
Panelized Floated Floor System
Regupol soundpanel
REGUPOL soundpanel is a panelized free-floated subfloor system designed to absorb airborne sound and dissipate structure-borne sound and vibration. Each factory assembled 4′ x 4′ soundpanel consists of a high quality OSB panel, fiberglass batting, and 9 REGUPOL SoundPad rubber bearings. REGUPOL soundpanel can be used in combination with a floated concrete topping, hardwood, ceramic tile, vinyl flooring, and many other assemblies.
Soundpanel can be used for noise and vibration control in a wide variety of applications.

REGUFOAM vibration
REGUFOAM vibration is a mixed-cell polyurethane foam designed specifically for vibration and structure-borne sound isolation. It is available in 12 unique types, each for a specific load range.
REGUFOAM vibration offers outstanding internal damping and low frequency isolation at minimal deflection. This material comes in standard thicknesses of 25mm (1″) and 12.5mm (1/2″) and can be installed in multiple layers to achieve a thicker total thickness.
REGUPOL vibration
REGUPOL vibration is an acoustical elastomer made of rubber fibers, granules, and polyurethane. It is available in 8 unique types, each engineered for a specific load range. REGUPOL vibration is available in rolls or sheets depending on the type selected.
REGUPOL vibration offers low natural frequencies (f0 ≥ 7.5 Hz), which are constant over wide load ranges. This provides additional reliability when the actual loads differ from the design loads. REGUPOL vibration 200, 300, and 400 have a dimpled underside to decrease dynamic rigidity and provide an air gap for increased performance.
Ideal for a variety of applications, including building foundations (especially in areas near railways, airports, and earthquake prone regions), HVAC equipment, machines, pools, and gyms.

REGUPOL® Sill Isolation Pads provide structure-borne sound isolation for interior walls including wood framed walls, steel framed walls, concrete block walls, and pour walls.
REGUPOL® Perimeter Isolation Strips
REGUPOL® Perimeter Isolation Strips reduce the transfer of noise and vibration between adjacent surfaces. Perimeter Isolation Strips decouple floors, walls, columns, pipes, and other protruding object.
REGUPOL® 3D Isolation Washers
REGUPOL® 3D Isolation Washers prevent the short-circuiting of acoustical isolation. 3D Isolation Washers reduce noise and vibration from transferring through mechanical fasteners and into the surrounding structure.
REGUPOL® soundpad
The REGUPOL® soundpad is a rubber bearing pad engineered to decouple, damp, and absorb vibration. Choose from two sizes: the x4 and x9. Each size provides a low and constant natural frequency over a wide load range. The natural frequency is dependent on the pressure applied to the soundpad. REGUPOL soundpad is available individually for customized spacing or as part of the REGUPOL soundpanel system.

In compliance with the recent LEED v4 certification update, Regupol® Acoustics has met stricter manufacturing standards to earn points for building installations. This includes, though is not limited to, the ability to demonstrate commitment to sustainability with Environmental Product Disclosures verified by a third-party. Regupol® Acoustics upholds these revolutionary manufacturing and design processes, which contribute to its recognition by the LEED program. At present, Regupol® Acoustics products can help buildings receive credit in a total of three different LEED categories
LEED Certifications
In compliance with the recent LEED v4 certification update, REGUPOL has met stricter manufacturing standards to earn points for building installations. At present, REGUPOL products can help buildings receive credit in a total of three different LEED categories:
Recycled Material (1-2 points)
- To qualify, companies must guarantee that 10 to 20 percent of total material value includes post-consumer recycled content
- REGUPOL Aktiv product lines are composed of 82 percent recycled tire rubber
Regional Material (1-2 points)
- Companies must prove that their materials are transported 500 miles or less to complete a project
- The REGUPOL manufacturing plant is only 500 yards from the source of its material
- Projects within 500 miles of the manufacturing facility are in prime position to earn LEED points with REGUPOL
Minimum Acoustical Performance (Required Prerequisite)
- In order to achieve further points in this category, companies must first meet the prerequisite as is specified by the elevated LEED v4 standards
- Specific to school construction, this newly required prerequisite allows companies to earn more points for their installation
- Products must comply with the requirements specified in the ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 60-2002
- Spaces outfitted with REGUPOL Aktiv equal to and greater than 20,000 square feet have a reverberation time of 1.5 second
Enhanced Acoustical Performance (1 point)
- Spaces designed by companies must meet the Sound Transmission Class (STC) Requirements of ANSI Standard 60-2002, achieving at least level 35
- Specific to school construction, points earned in this category may be earned at three times the quantity available to a commercial office type setting
- REGUPOL Aktiv allows spaces like gymnasiums to have higher STC ratings
(Pilot Credit) Acoustics (1 point)
- The product design must meet standards of space efficiency, productivity and well-being in a high quality environment
- Available point gain within the new categories of New Construction and Retail established by LEED v4
- REGUPOL can help meet sound reverberation times of 2 seconds in a stadium or gymnasium
